Group RunPals Buggy Run

Hope your having a lovely weekend!
My husband is putting on this FREE event for local parents. There will be an easy, flat, up to 5k buggy walk/run on the seafront and longer buggy runs for more experienced runners. I’ll be joining with my little one in his buggy and my 6 year old by my side.

This is a great chance for fellow buggy runners to get together, meet new friends and have a bit of a laugh, running the flat undercliff from Saltdean.

This is not an event per se, it's a group run.

We'll cover various distances, will have lead runners and tail walkers, so no person (or buggy!) is left behind. 1km, 2km, 5km, 10km - the choice is yours.

More details coming soon on the format of the day, but do sign up, spread the love and we look forward to seeing you in April!
